Josh and Sarah need help. Most their ideas have proven to be a complete bore. This is what happens when one doesn't ever leave college.
Josh only knows the words to the anthems of small African nations and Sarah has forgotten there is life outside of Nick Jr. and therefore seems to only know "Dora, Dora, Dora the explorer!"
We all know they first considered an Osmond song and then moved onto Pete's Dragon as that is Sarah's favorite movie. It's all been a flop.
I thought it would be fun to have all of us suggest a song for them. So picture them in your mind and type the first song you think of.
My suggestion-
Anything by Ray Stevens, for instance-
Love Will Beat Your Brains Out
The Streak - Dedicated to Ryan
The Family Funeral Fight
Deerslayer
and my personal favorite - Osama Yo Mama
Now it's your turn!

My four year old Daughter's favorite song is Band on the Run. Try that one out. You can practice it on Guitar Hero (I think it's on the Aerosmith version). As a bonus, your kids can yell out "Band on the Ruuuuuunnn!" over and over. This is especially fun in the car. Really. I love it.
I don't know if that fits, since I don't think I've met them more than once and in passing.
Hell is for children - pat benatar
a boy named sue - johnny cash
smells like nirvana - wierd al yankovic
every sperm is sacred - monty python
"King Tut" performed by Steve Martin & The Toot Uncommons
poisoning pigeons in the park - tom lehrer
anyone would suit them fine :)
look them up on youtube if you don't know them
NaDell- I think Band on the Run is an awesome suggestion. The fact that your daughter loves it and knows the words makes you an awesome mom. My boys love guitar hero. We rock out to Aerosmith often. I'd rather my kids listen to rock music than Doodle Bops any day.
Missy- A Boy Named Sue made the list of Country Musics top 10 funniest songs. I googled it last night when looking for a song for the above post. I think your onto something with that one. As for your other suggestions, you are a strange girl.
There's always "Obelade Obelada" which tops a bunch of worst songs lists, even though it just reminds me of Wonder Years. Or that "Relax" song would be fun.
I don't know who the Doodle Bops are. We listen to real music in our car.
I listened to Johnny Cash for the entire month I was in WA. My dad is a big Johnny Cash fan.
Josh loves Band on the Run. We will consider it. Keep those suggestions coming!
I am thinking something more like... I kissed a girl and I liked it! I know liv would get into like crazy.
